Submission Fee

The CPB Foundation is a registered non-profit public trust in India dedicated to expanding engagement around the photographic medium. The foundation has been registered under 80G, 12AA and FCRA acts of the Indian government.

All submission fees from applicants paying via from India are collected via Razorpay as a donation to the CPB Foundation which directly contributes to the delivery of CPB Edition 4 in line with our registered objectives.

All submission fees from applicants paying via payment methods from outside India are collected via PayPal as a service fee for Open Call participation. Please note international payments via PayPal are not to be considered as donations. If you are facing issues while paying at checkout, please scroll down for more details.

All particpants will receive an order confirmation email with a receipt of amount paid.

Applicants within India are eligible to receive an 80G donation receipt for taxation purposes, after completing your submission please contact accounts@chennaiphotobiennale.com requesting a receipt along with the order number and your PAN number.

Important Notice for Applicants with Payment Methods based outside of India

We are currently facing issues with some international payment methods not working on our Payment gateway. If you are not able to pay please use the Help icon to chat with us or drop an email to opencall@chennaiphotobiennale.com.

For payments via International Payment Methods you will need to complete the following steps.

1. Complete uploading your submission via the relevant category pages and add all your entries to the cart. Make a note of your total cart value and proceed to the next step.

2. Return to this page and select the appropriate Pay Now link listed below based on your cart value. You will be redirected to a PayPal page where you can choose to pay via PayPal or Debit/Credit Card.

3. On completing your payment please select 'Return to Merchant Store' - you will be redirected to this site with the discount already applied to your cart. Please click the cart icon on the top right and proceed to checkout. You will see that the cart value will automatically be ZERO because of your discount code. You can complete checkout without paying any additional amount.

4. If your discount code is not being applied post Paypal payment, please use the Help icon below to chat with us and we will be happy to help.
