 Refund, Return or Exchange Policy

The CPB4 International Open Call website is a digital submissions platform for artists and photographs to submit images for consideration. Applicants are required to make a donation towards the CPB Foundation to complete the submission process. Once submitted and paid, all applications stand confirmed. No edits or alterations remain possible and hence no refunds, exchanges or returns are possible. 

Please complete the application process carefully. 

At any point before the submission deadline (20th September 2024) you can retract your application from consideration by the jury for any reasons. Please write to opencall@chennaiphotobiennale.com with ‘Retraction : Order ####’ in the subject line. Please note there will be no refunds issued for retractions.
